This is my steps count from yesterday in spite of wearing a BACKACHE belt the whole day. Thanks to the magical hands of Shaun Whitaker the Therapeutic massagist and Dr. Mark Silvester my Chiropractor at Whole Family chiropractic for treating me Holistically. Also played Pickle ball in the evening as I felt so good after the treatment. 🌺

Great Chiropractic and massage options.

Dr Silvester has truly changed my life. I came into his office with severe back and leg pain, thinking it was just my sciatica. After many hospital visits later I found out that I had 2 herniated discs in my back. I could barely walk let alone move my body. Every single doctor I went to told me that the only option I had was surgery. Dr Silvester truly got to know me and helped educate me on other possible ways then getting a major back surgery at just 22 years old. 6 weeks later I no longer have pain in my back or leg, no numbness, no tingles, I can walk and move like normal again. I am so grateful for Dr Silvester and his team who stood by my decision and did everything they could to help.

Dr. Bell is great with kids. The office staff are pleasant and always work with us on scheduling. We began taking our daughter here for torticollis when she was around 6 weeks old. The adjustments reduced her overall tension and also improved the symmetry of her head. Read up on midline tension and torticollis in babies if you aren’t sure how impactful adjustments can be. We also tried adjustments to improve our toddlers bathroom troubles. Adjustments were not the key for her, but Dr. Bell had great suggestions and lead us to pelvic floor physical therapy. Pelvic floor physical therapy was a huge help. This one suggestion by Dr. Bell was more helpful than years of doctor visits for the same issue.

Dr. Bell is my savior ! She takes care of my many aches and pains as I train for marathons as a masters runner . I would not go anywhere else!
